So many great adventures begin with a young kid dressed up like an animal about to set off on a journey. This little cutie wearing her cat costume is no exception!

After forming the shape of our little hero and letting her dry, I handpainted with underglaze to create her face and cat costume. Once she was out of the bisque kiln, I used multiple glazes to make her hair shine and her chartreuse cat suit. After firing to cone 6, I used 22k gold luster to add stripes and zipper to make her complete.
