PAGEANT

PAGEANT is a fold out illustrated adventure which follows a triumph pageant. Women is fancy dress prepare feasts, parade through streets, and perform sacrifices in thanks for their triumphs.

Limited edition zine that measures 8.25 x 10.5 inches. This zine is a combination of photocopy and risograph printing. Approx. 15 pages including fold out pages.

Extravagant Journey, an exquisite corpse storybook

Extravagant Journey was a project I started in the early days of covid. I had 8 writers create an exquisite corpse story based on a series of drawings I’d completed the previous year. It is available online here.

Dreaming Through the Apocalypse

Dreaming Through the Apocalypse is an art zine that is the final component of my Dream House series. This zine is available here. Support for this project came from the Regional Arts & Culture Committee. In the spring of 2023 I digitally changed the color of my original paintings and published a second edition of the zine.

Walking Mountains

My Walking Mountains zine is inspired by a body of ceramic work I created in 2021 of the same name (you can view that project here). In this zine I wanted to tell more of the story of these women. The original paintings were created entirely with gouache. The finished zine is digitally printed and each page is cut and assembled by me. You can purchase copies of the zine here.

2022 Illustrated Calendars

Every year I illustrate a new calendar. This year features 13 pages of house themed illustrations on house shaped paper. You can purchase a copy through my etsy shop while supplies last.

In Her House: An Art/Object Zine

In Her House is an art object zine which can be enjoyed like a book or displayed as a piece of art on a shelf of mantelpiece.

This zine is a concertina folded artist book that is black & white on one side ands full color on the opposite side. One side features line drawings and the other gouache paintings. The book is digitally printed on Mohawk natural colored coverstock.

The book consists of a series of houses and rooms, each page is carefully handcut and glued together by me.

In addition to the concertina, there are also 2 double-side mountain lady paperdoll and a 4”x6” sheet of vinyl stickers that you can add into the rooms of your book

When fully extend the book measures about 40” long and the pages at their highest points are about 8” tall.

Each book is signed and editioned. Due to the handmade nature of this book each copy will have little variations. You can purchase copies here.

2021 Calendar

Every year I illustrate and print a new wall calendar. My 2021 wall calendar is risograph printed, each page is printed with 2 different risograph colors and the cover is a 3 color risograph gradient. The calendar is printed on 8.5”x14” 67 lb bristol vellum paper and is held together with a clip. These limited edition publication is available for purchase here.

2020 Calendar

This year my annual calendar was illustrated and screenprinted by me. I also made a late season custom run with the same design but as a mini, risograph printed version.

There Were No Birds to Fly

There Were No Birds to Fly is a screenprinted zine which was very loosely inspired by the Walrus & the Carpenter by Lewis Carroll. It is an accordion folded zine with a 3 layer screenprint including one layer which is a split fountain. On the back of the concertina a photocopied pattern.

On This Journey

On This Journey is an accordion fold zine which was printed with the base layer on a photocopier and a color layer added as a screenprinted layer. 13 Cards

13 Cards is an illustrated coloring zine with a randomly selected 13 tarot cards and an introduction about my personal family history with divination. A full selection of my in-print zines and comics are available in my shop.

The Mystical Journey of Meatsoup

The Mystical Journey of Meatsoup is the second comic I’ve written following the character of Wilder Kvinne. This comic is printed with a risograph and has fold out pages. You can purchase in print zines and comics in my shop.

Goddesses & Villains, the zine

In October 2017 I had a solo exhibit at the Multnomah Center for the Arts and I created this little zine as a bit of ephemera to celebrate the show.


Descent

Descent is a one-page fold-out zine printed in color on 11”x17” paper. It is inspired by the story of Inanna’s descent into the underworld. All in print zines are available in my shop here.
