It is not the job of the artist to assign meaning or purpose to their art. But in this case I’m going to lean into it. So these two besties are happy to be your favorite joint holder, spliff tray, roach rest….. I’ll stop there.

I handmade this dish with a white porcelain. Once dried, I carefully paint the ladies with colorful underglaze. They were then bisque fired, glazed, and fired again. Lastly, I added 22k gold luster freckles and polka dots followed by a third and final firing.

This dish measures approximately 6” across and is signed on the bottom.
