Each one of these mini ring dishes shows a fancy lady that captures some part of my current mood as I toil away while laughing to myself.
Each mini ring dish is handmade from rolled slabs. After forming the shape, I use colorful underglaze to create each unique fancy lady. They are then bisque fired, glazed, and fired a second time to cone 6. Lastly I adorned each one with 22k gold luster to add various details to their faces, hair, and dresses, before a third and final firing.
All dishes measure approximately 3” x 2.25”, and are signed on the back.
