Come to this very fun one day workshop and learn how to make a very cute, slab-built cat vase, and then decorate with your own hand painted transfer!

• All skill levels welcome!

• Class size limited to four students for more individual instruction.

• Use the entire time for working, I’ll take care of clean up.

Location: Classes hosted in my home studio in Portland, Oregon’s Foster Powell neighborhood. Exact address provided via email.

Pricing: $125

• Includes instruction, materials, application of clear glaze to student pieces, and firing.

Agenda:

• Using Erika’s own templates, cut pieces from provided slabs.

• Design and paint transfers with 1 - 2 colors of underglaze.

• Learn construction techniques for slab building cat vase.

• Decorate with applied transfers.

• Pieces will be clear glazed, fired and available for pickup approximately month after class.

Class Policies:

• Lessons cannot be rescheduled or refunded, but with seven day notice, will receive credit that can be applied to future classes and / or online shop.

  • Classes are transferable with prior approval.

• Classes begin promptly on time. Lessons cannot be extended and if arriving late will miss instruction and work time.
