Some things are extra, and sometimes less is more. This comic ring dish shows a fancy lady telling you less would be better. This is just one of the many hilarious, absurd, and profound sayings I have overheard over the course of my hilarious, absurd, and profound existence.

This ring dish is handmade from a rolled slab of beautiful red stoneware. After forming the shape, I use colorful underglaze to create the lady and word bubble. She was then bisque fired, glazed, and fired a second time to cone 6. Lastly I adorned this dish with 22k gold luster details before a third and final firing.
