Make your very own character mug with Erika Rier over the course of two weeks in her home ceramic studio.

Date: Saturdays January 31st and February 7th

Time: 10am - 1pm

Location: Classes hosted in my home studio in Portland, Oregon’s Foster Powell neighborhood. Exact address provided via email.

Class size up to 4 people.

Class Details:

• Make your own character mug with hands on learning.

• Week 1: Slab build mugs with optional attachments (i.e. handles, lids, etc).

  • Can make 2 - 3 pieces depending on size.

• Week 2: Decorate mugs with underglaze.

  • Depending on complexity of design, session may not require the full allotted time.

  • Workshop does not include gold lustering.

• Pieces will be available for pickup approximately one month after class.

Pricing: Includes instruction, materials, application of clear glaze to student pieces, and firing.

Class Policies:

• There are no refunds for student canceled lessons.

• Lessons can be rescheduled one time based on Erika’s availability with seven day notice, or receive credit for equal value that can be applied to future classes and / or online shop.

• Please arrive on time. Lessons cannot be extended. If arriving more than 30 minutes late, lesson will be canceled without refund.
