This magestic creature is fucking glorious and one of the best things I’ve ever made. She is a handbuilt, six legged horsey girl priestess with a handpainted flower handkerchief draped down her back. Her body is covered with a crystal glaze that creates bursts of color.
She was handbuilt and handpainted by me using a pale stoneware. Her face and hankerchief are painted with underglaze before the first firing. The crystal glaze was brushed on afterwards and then she was fired to cone 6.
This piece is approximately 7”L x 4”W x 7.5”H, and is signed on the bottom.
