This lamp is hilarious and kept me laughing the entire time while making it.
I handmade this lamp with a white porcelain. After building the shape, I handpainted the cat and flowers with underglaze. After the piece was bisque fired, I applied multiple glazes to create different effects including a matte finish on the lady’s hair and snake. Once glaze fired to cone 6, I added more details with 22k gold luster followed by a third firing.
This lamp is 12” across x 6” deep x 14” tall.
It comes wired, with a Tala Squire Cage LED bulb.
