She may look sweet with her pretty bow on her pretty hat, but this lady knows what needs to be done and you’re the one to do it. And while you are out there doing what needs doing, this lady happily hold your jewelry, sentimental trinkets, loose change (if that’s still a thing), and more!

I handmade this dish from a pale stoneware. After slab rolling and forming the shape, I handpainted the lady with colorful underglaze. She was then bisque fired, glazed, fired a second time to cone 6, and lastly adorned with 22k gold luster details before a third and final firing.

She measures 6” x 5.5”, and is signed on the back.
