An Extravagant Journey is an exquisite corpse storybook zine featuring a story written by 8 writers and 9 color illustrations by me. The story was crafted using the exquisite corpse method created by the Surrealists. I sent each writer a few lines from the previous passage as well as a drawing to respond to. The result is an eery, witchy tale.

The writers included in this zine are: Holly Dotson, Yala Tippett, Alexis Cokonougher, Jaidyanna Podsobinski, Jessica Levey, King Young, Matilde Sazio, and Ellen Smith.

I printed these pages full bleed, as a result there are random ink splatters on some of the corners which add to the feeling of this being a long forgotten, ink-splattered tome, newly rediscovered.

The book is printed on 11x17 100 lb paper that has been folded in half. It is 20-ish pages (fold out pages always confuse page numbers) and has a fold-out page near the end.

I print, fold, and assemble all zines myself.
